How to use Apdeyterom:
1. Copy the contents of the folder in the root folder css_updater Counter Strike Source.
2. Run the file updater.exe, wait to install the updates, click the Start button to start the game.

To assign a name to the console:

Preferences ] Keyboard ] Advanced ] tick Enable console development
To open the console press ~
